This is to inform you that physical books will be given to the children in a folder from Monday onwards.
The Thursday group will be taken on Tuesdays.
The Friday group will be taken on Thursdays.
Books have to be returned on their respected reading day in the folder.
Children will not be given any books to take home without their folders.
Tomorrow the Friday group will be taking online reading classes as usual.

4. In case of any symptoms or fever, parents should not send their child to school and apply for leave.

9. Snacks will be provided to the students during break time with maintaining the COVID-19 protocol. 
10. Not to rush in corridors. 
11. Students should bring their notebooks and coursebooks according to the timetable. Students can then leave the books in school with the class teacher. 
12. Students will not be allowed to leave the premises during school hours. A 24-hour prior notice needs to be provided to the school on the class email if there’s a change in pick up timings or person. 
13. Parents should provide a consent email to the school if the students are meant to leave alone or in a cab without an adult.
14. Boys should wear Topi, Knee length Kurti and track pants. T-shirts for sports periods will be mandatory. 
15. Primary Section Girls should wear Jhabla Izaar, Topi/Rida, and the boys should wear Kurti, pants and topi during classes.
16. All the girls have to have their hair tied neatly in two plaits. Boys’ hair needs to be cut short.

We will have two batches, and they are divided in the following manner:

Per batch limit – 12 students (on first come first basis) 

Batch 1 (Juniors) –Grade 1 – Grade 4

Batch 1 timings:  4.00 pm -5.00  pm

Only for Batch 1 students : (Reading time with Ms Mariyah Bahrainwala will be adjusted for the students  opting for football training)

Batch 2 (Seniors) – Grade 5 – Grade 9

Batch 2 timings: 5.00 pm – 6.00 pm

Recently there have been several observations regarding some habits of students during online classes.

• School is observing that students are sleepy during their classes.
• Students are snacking junk food during class time.
• Either the students are late, or they take leaves between ongoing classes for the washroom.
  Parents are requested to ensure that.
• The child gets enough sleep during the night.
• They have a healthy breakfast before they join the class.
• If still munching is required, parents can provide them with dry fruits.
• Sit with the child during the class if he/she needs assistance.
• Parents should ensure that all the necessary elements for the period are accessible so that there are no delays.

• It has been our noble habit since past few years that our students proffer Waj`ebaat in the esteemed presence of al~Dai al~Ajal Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin TUS.

To make the students mindful and adhere to this noble habit, this year the students are requested to practice the same ritual and add their Waje`baat amount according to their Niyyat along with their fathers/family Waaje`baat.

• On the auspicious of Milad al~Dai al~Ajal Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin TUS students of Rawdat al Quran al Kareem can make a Tehniyat card and sent us a scanned copy of the card to the class teacher ID by Wednesday 21st shahre Ramadan 1441H, 13th May 2020.
